Spend ....nothing.....but Sacagaweas and SBA's. HAYSOOS! I picked up 20 of em that were layin around and used em for my co-pay at the Dr. office. You would have thought I was spending half eagles!
The window has a SIGN saying "We need change" and I told em, "well, you're gonna get yer wish." But the gal started carrying on like a crazy woman. Saying, "Boy, I'm glad I'm here TODAY!"
I told her you can get em at the bank. She said she never asked for em.
The gal NEXT to her asked if she would TRADE some.
...........NO!..........came the resounding reply.
I think if Al Quaida just spent these goofy metal dollars, they could wreak more loss of productivity than with a BOMB. And it would be easier to clean up.
I never imagined.
(needless to say, their request for "change" wasn't filled by MY action.)

come to their attention. There are a lot of factors, but the states coins are hard
for even a busy consumer to overlook indefinitely. Coins are making the main
stream news reports much more frequently and are even invading popular enter-
tainment in movies, books, and TV. This is creating people who are much more
aware of coins and collecting and this can be a golden age for recruiting new col-
lectors.
It should be remembered that only ten years ago that the stock pictures for most
publishers were coins that were dated before 1965. If a bank pictured coins to
represent the extra interest you recieved at their bank in one of their ads, all the
coins would be pre-1965. It wasn't only the hobby which was stuck in the 60's, it
was almost everything to do with coins.
