Topps does AutoProofs, which are midgrade vintage buyback cards. they're usually found in Archives (and other vintage themed) sets. every Autoproof i've seen was numbered out of 100 or 200, never as low as #d/3. it does have the Topps sticker on the back, which is almost impossible to remove without damaging the hologram.
