Does this toned Stander have potential?

Came across an interestingly toned 1928-P NGC MS-65 Standing Liberty Quarter today, had the seller send me a pic and this is what he sent. The description states:
" A beautifully target toned obverse with blazing, lustrous fields boasting plum, magenta, red and teal with hints of blue and violet on her chest. The reverse displays wild patters of color in forty-five degree angled bands of the same color scheme as displayed on the obverse. A fantastic and unusual toned example that is very difficult to find in this particular series."
I hope that the coin is more colorful than the picture makes it look, I have a feeling it may be but the price is 2X Greysheet ask. Assuming that you're a toning nut and like your coins with character, would you take a chance on something like this? Or does it make you want to regurgitate?

Does look a bit on the odd side.

that there is a return privilege. Of course, I'm still a rank amateur, so you should probably do the exact opposite.
