New Ebay scam email

Watch out for this one guys, when I first saw the subject I got worried. Then I read it and it said Dear Ebay member. That's a dead giveaway of the scam. Then it asked me to fill out all my personal information and ofcourse I didn't.
It's from aw-confirm@ebay.com
Subject: TKO NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - Possible Unauthorized Account Use

Yeah I got it too. The one with the id verify deal. The kicker that caught my attention was that they said it was free but the real eBay charges you $5 to verify your id.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

  • I have had two different types in the last two days, both reported to spoof@ebay.com.
Both were to my old email address!
