I just ordered this because I thought it has a cool design. I know it is German but does anyone know anymore?

Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
These are pretty common.. at every coin show there is always someone with the entire set sprawled out. (same guy I think) These go from 50pf to 1 billion M--24mm to 60mm, just fun to look at.
There are varieties for most denoms. For that 10K there are two:
The first, Jaeger N20a, has high relief and a big rim; is made of CuZn and weighs 31.5g at 44.5mm; mintage 316K--M&P prices=€32/st, 20/vz-st, 15/vz (BU, AU, XF).
Second, J N20b, mintage 200K, has low relief, a narrow rim, made of CuSn, 33.5g and 44.0mm--M&P prices=37, 25, 17.
M&P = Münzen & Papiergeld magazine.
