Sports Illustrated Article on Con Artist

I was reading my copy of the March 8 issue of Sports Illustrated. On the back page is an article by Rick Reilly titled 'A Late Hit from a Con Artist'. Does anyone know the story behind this? It is tragic when a memorabilia dealer sinks to a new low.

    You refering to Pete Pihos being taken for thousands by some guy calling himself Dr. Hart? yeah it happened, and the guy has tried and done it b4 to other old timers down on their luck too. From what I understand though the authorities are closing in on him.
