1922 Peace $ - VAM 2c/ extra hair question....help needed

Ok you VAM experts.....is this the VAM 2c/DBO 3 1922 Extra Hair from the Top 50? I can't find any pics anywhere to compare it to. I picked this up yesterday and would like your opinions on the coin. It has a huge die break in the hair which makes her hair look extended. Thanks for your help and opinions.

Thanks guys! I thought it looked pretty weird. Picked it up for $15. I couldn't lose much for that price....although I have no idea if it even carries a premium.
