Anyone receive the Domestic Upgrade offer from PCGS?

I received a renewal offer in the mail today from PCGS that includes a domestic upgrade for 30 dollars more. The domestic upgrade includes four service upgrade certificates along with the normal four free grading submissions. I'm sure others have received this offer, what are your thoughts?

Could you give more details about the upgrade offer? How many coins per order can it apply to? I'm assuming this means you could pay Economy rates, but get 15-day service?

If so, this sounds like a deal!

Or Regular, and get Express, or Express and get Walkthrough. They work at all tiers.

These are in addition to the regular free submissions.
