PCGS tricked me!!

I am due to have a 15 day service grading completed on March 9 (taking off days for the
Vegas invitational). I went on line, and started going through my email, and there was
a message from PCGS saying that my grades were available.
Nope, no grades. What I actually had were 3 emails today from PCGS. That they had
received my order, that grades were available (no grade due to cleaning ) and that
my order had been shipped. This was referring to a 7 day express submission that I
had sent in last month and I had gotten the coin back from registered mail the previous
day!!!!
I don't understand how I can ship them a coin on the 12th, they grade and then ship the
27th, but they don't send even the "we've got it" email until the 5th of the next month.

That is almost funny(not the NG part). I too have a 4 free grading received by them on the 12th of Feb. that I was not sure when it would be done (as you said about the 2 day vac. they were on). I called today and was told the Finalizer still had to check them and may have my grades today. That didn't happen but I have a pretty good idea they will post Monday

Same thing here. Got eMails for a submission that completed last week and got all excited.
