I have a mint condition 1991 Upper Deck Herman Moore rookie and it's autographed. I know the market value for the card itself is around a dollar. How much would it be worth with the autograph?

True enough and I just realized without a COA it might end up going for less. Where would I go about getting a COA?

if im not mistaken the card serves as a coa too.....it was auto'd at ud?
