1960 #50 Kaline cards

image

I have been collecting Al Kaline cards since about 1975. While I would
agree the 1960 is one of the tougher issues (card #50, not the All Star card),
someone please explain why oh WHY is this card going for over $250 in
PSA 8? And while we are on the subject...If all things go as planned at this
moment, sometime in late October or Early November, I will be disposing
of our set ("Melissa and Dad's Master Al Kaline set) -- Not all the cards
mind you, but, certain ones out of there such as Topps regular issues
(I have these in MINT 9 PSA) 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974
and 1975 mini. Also the above mentioned 1960 #50 in PSA 8. Again, for
particulars, see our registry set...Will NOT be selling ones like OPC or
Venezuelans, but basically all the main stream stuff--Thanks to all. I know
I don't do a lot of messages on here...but I still like your input on different
items and I would be happy to help anyone that needs advice on Kaline stuff!

I forgot to ask the question. Should I auction them individually and/or give them
to one of the "BIG THREE" or do them myself on venues like eBay?

Thanks all, Tony

Sorry to hear that, Kalinefan. I like your set and it's obvious you are a true collector.
