Grading School

Why doesn't PCGS start a grading school where people can enroll and learn the mysterious art of grading coins. Does 2 things;

a) Keeps a fresh batch of graders looking for employment after graduation (ease PCGS work load)
b) Helps the economy by creating new jobs.

Great idea...we have a time problem now, i.e too many coins to grade...but this is definitely something we should look into in the future. Thanks...David
