I am going to have to say PR-66. Would probably be higher if not for the carbon spots on obverse. Those spots are really distracting and really draw a person's eyes to that one area.

I guess this is why I don't bother much with proof coins... They can be tough to grade. PR63

Looks like a 67 to me. Great surfaces, with ugly spotting and toning. JMO

Give Don, the cee-gar ... Yes, this coin (undeservedly) resides in a PR-67 holder, unimaginable given the apparent carbon spots.

I'd rather have this one (a raw coin I slabbed as PR-67 at PCGS) ... this is what a PR-67 early Jeff should look like.

I would much rather have a coin like yours, Randy, then the one with the ugly carbon spots. Actually, I am satisfied with my PR-66. I would much rather have a coin like your coin or the coin that I own any day.
