Good Customer Service at PCGS

We all complain about how long it takes to get our grading done. I was having a problem getting my membership renewal. Not sure exactly what the problem was since I paid on line with a credit card, which they were able to process. I just spoke to a very nice young lady who apologized for the problem (which was on their part) and said she would take care of this immediately. That is good customer service.

    it seems to be a peculiarity of human nature to want to share the negatives and hold the positives all to ourselves. thanks for the reminder that they generally do it right over there.
