How is everyone doing on turnaround times?

Hello all-- I just had a 70 card order checked in on March 1st after being received by PSA on February 20th. Curious where all of you with outstanding submissions are at as well so I can unscientifically gauge when to expect mine to be done (yeah I know, I am worse than a kid on Christmas morning). Thanks!

Have an invoice oustanding since Feb. 6
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
  • Actually, I was pleasantly surprised. I sent a large submission for the $5 1971-present set registry special on 2/17 and it came back in less than two weeks (calender days.) Also, a reholder sent on the same day came back on 3/1, not bad.

  • Have two orders of 75+ cards in since 02/04 and 02/05. Was hoping to have heard something by now
Just have to keep checking everyday. Previous submissions have had very quick turnarounds, so I'm
    happy,

  • I have made 16 submissions since February 2nd ranging from 5 to 35 days. None have missed the deadline so far even with the check-in delays.

It's worth noting that my Kellogg's submission of 308 cards under the 35-day service took only 10 business days.

I don't feel so bad now. I have a submission pending since 2/2, but I sent one in well after that, which I have received back already. Turnaround seems to vary, but I'm sure they'll make good on the deadlines.

I have been waiting very impatiently since an order was posted as received on Feb. 6. This is worse than waiting for Christmas as a kid...

Yeah, I wish they would use a "first in, first out" system. The process seems to be all over the map right now.

  • I was wondering what was taking my cards so long to return to me. I gave PSA a call to find out that they are still not in the database. These 14 cards were mailed to PSA/DNA on 02/03 it is now 03/03 I decided to give PSA/DNA a call to check up and see when they shipped the submission to PSA. Get this, the lady on the other end told me that my order has ship out to PSA today. Today? gee wiz it's been there for almost a month. So I called PSA customer service once again only to be told, that as soon as the cards are recieved by PSA/DNA. PSA has 20 turn around business days to ship them to me. I feel like I'm being given the run around.

I have an 82 card submission that shows it was received on 1/23. No grades posted yet. You guys aren't even close yet. They still have another 1½ weeks on my submission. Just be patient!

It takes me exactly 2 and 1/2 seconds to turn all the way around. I believe thats a significant improvement over last years time. I am very pleased with myself.

i have nearly 125 cards from the 72 - present special in . mailed on 2/19 not in the system yet. i called customer service and they told me they are way behind because of the special, they are even bringing in people on the weekend to catch up. this will be my longest turnaround but as i stated before, for 5 bucks a card you can't go wrong. on the bright side, i look it at as something to look foward to. on the downside, i have passed on a few cards not knowing what the one i have in will grade out as.

these aren't mine but some people are getting good turnaround times. it appears things have slowed down considerably after mid month. I did send orders in inJan and beginning of feb that came out in a week or so.

nope , but I have bought a couple cards from him. why do you ask?

Thank you packCollector for the sample. It appears from my unscientific view that it is taking about 10 to 14 days to process an order once entered into the system. Still not a bad turn around time. In my case, it means mine should be ready to go around March 15th. Will Christmas ever come? image

Because those are his auctions, or at least he sold those cert #s this past week. If not all, then many of the baseball ones. The PSA 10 '83 Carlton AS OPC was purchased by Mikeschmidt, and that's on one of the orders.
  • PP,
I was thinking the same. Four SC's has the 1988 OPC Adam Oates PSA 10 up on Ebay right now with the same serial # ending with 98. Also there are a few other 88 OPC PSA 10's on that list that are up for auction too. Forgive me for being nosey. I just like to look at other submissions. Nice turnaround times also. I'm waiting on mine that was received on Feb. 16th.

    Ben
