POP Question from registry

In the registry reports...if it says POP Higher 0...does that mean there are no coins graded higher?

How do you know if you have the top coin?

If it says POP Higher 1...does that mean there is one coin graded higher?

    Correct.

    One caveat, though. If a coin says there are zero graded higher, it doesn't necessarily mean it's the pop top for the issue. For example, the 1967 SMS Kennedy is pop 20/0 in MS68CAM. However, it wouldn't be a pop top because there are six graded in MS68DCAM. In other words, it is pop top only for the designation of cameo.
