    What do you mean by getting hosed? Non-delivery of product? Was it the auction you linked? A different auction?

    I may have jumped the gun here,

    I'm waiting on 5 rolls of eagles.....buttt at this point I can't prove that I made payment, need to check with my bank in the a.m.

    the bizarr thing is that the seller had my ebay username and email address, but a different name and mailing address.

    I just wanted to see if anyone else had any dealings with the seller.

    Herb, I don't think I would have made a large purchase like that from this seller. There are too many complaints about lost shipments, late shipments, and no shipment. Just a little too much for a seller with a FB rating of 400.

    I bought 2 rolls of ASE's from him in late in December. The rolls were to be shipped the second week of January, so I figure that's about right for the check to clear. No emails no coins, it's the 20th of January so I email him. He gives me a song and dance about the post office, but his auction says he ships UPS....? Another week goes by, I email him again. He says he'll ship them on Wednesday, along with another song and dance about the post office. Tuesday the next week I'm just about to email him again and I get an email from UPS that says he's consigned a shipment for me. I finally got them, but it took me bugging him to finally ship them. By then he was selling them for $10 more per roll. I kind of thought he might have wanted me to ask for my money back so he could resell them at the higher price. I still haven't left feedback for him, I probably should though, I might have saved you the aggrevation.


    I just noticed your link. That's the same date I bought the eagles. I hope you are sending him a bunch of emails, it finally worked for me.
