Some ID help

This coin doesn't scan up well and may not even be a coin.

Half Drachm / 3ss

is along the top, and on the bottom it looks like it says

PHILA [then an M in a diamond] and then _NY

the underscore represents a letter or shape i cannot make out.
This piece is the same on both sides.

Any help would be great

It's an old pharmacist's apothecary scale weight equal to 1/8 ounce or 60 grains. Here's a couple I have and some info. It's under the Miscellaneous section.
