Anyone have a guess why so few new sets are being added?

There were only 3 times sets were added in February: 2/3, 2/17, and 2/20.
I would assume that adding more available sets only can help PCGS by
having more people starting to fill the sets and either submit, cross, or buy
already slabbed PCGS coins to fill partial sets. I have sent 5 coins in recently
to get them into PCGS holders anticipating the 1872 mint and proof sets
coming out.
I give up. I'm not sending anything else in to get crossed until I actually see
what I'm waiting for in the registry. It is beginning to shift from anticipation
looking forward to seeing who else will be putting coins into this series, to
just getting mad and frustrated that delays keep happening and there is no
clear reason why. This is supposed to be a source of enjoyment, not headaches.
Oh well, I guess we just wait and hope.

I'm surprised with wanting to focus soley on grading that this isn't being done. I would think it would help their bottom line by stimulating submissions now that they have left the retail world......
