There's still a bit of time to get this $30,000 bargain; '21 Morgan

We recently sent a group of these coins to PCGS for grading and were suprised at how many came back with MS64 and MS65 grades I wonder what the surprise would be if this "gem" were sent in.

Define "group" .. 3 or 4? Out of how many in all? Why not sell the PCGS slabs and keep submitting those fabulous rare gems for even greater returns on his investments?

<<I'm not claiming that this coin grades MS-66 but it is a beauty.>>

Good thing he said that,... For a minute I thought I was going to need to take a loan against my TSP!

I have a gem MS 67 1913 Liberty Nickel for sale. It grades at least as high as the 93-S quarter.

I really like Barbers, but EGAWD, that is one POS.

  • I guess he downgraded the Barber quarter to a 63 on account of the slightly weak strike.image

He pushes a lot of "knife fight" Ikes as well all for a lovely opening bid of 1 cent. I call them knife fights "Ikes" because of the nice slices and cuts to his face. If these coins had hands and arms they'd be sliced up too...LOL!!!!!image

  • Yikes.....this seller must be smoking something.

    1881-S Morgan.....$10,000 in MS-66!!!

Despite putting "MS-66" in the auction title and quoting a price that might be reasonalbe for a PQ MS-68 DMPL or MS-69 1881-S Morgnan, he states "I'm not claiming that this coin grades MS-66 but it is a beauty."

I have a nice PCGS-66 that I would sell him for $9,000. image

99.3% positive FB. Does anyone need more proof how reliable and useful Ebay's feedback is?

If you read his ads you will see that he never actually grades any of those coins. To paraphrase his ads, he says "that that coin lists at that price in that particular grade, but that he isn't saying that the coin shown actually IS that grade." From his auction:

The value of these Walking Liberty Half Dollars Dollars soars into the thousands of dollars in PF-65 or PF-66 grade! Can you imagine owning a coin valued at $4,800.00? . . <snip>. .I'm not claiming that this coin grades MS-66 but it is a beauty.

He makes no false claims, he just lets the greedy, unknowledgeable people hang themselves. (Ok, so calling some of those coins beauties may be a bit of a false claim.)

  • Sorry folks, had to bring this on back up.

    Regarding item no.3900262100...

    << <i>1921 MORGAN - KEY DATE - $30,000.00 @MS66 >>

1921 is not a key date unless in proof...

    << <i>Multi-Million Dollar Estate >>

    You wish...

<< <i>I will be starting all of these auctions at or near the silver metal value! >>

$18.99 is not at or near silver value for a Morgan dollar.

<< <i>The value of these Morgan Dollars soars into the tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars in MS-65 or MS-66 grade! >>

Too vague. Not all of them do,particulary this coin.

<< <i>As you can see from the scans this coin has a well defined full rim, a sharp full date, stunning lettering, a defined full LIBERTY, and awesome facial and hair details. >>

It has to have this to be Mint State(however this on isn't.),and besides full letering are visible easily even on some of the most worn pieces.

<< <i>I cannot offer refunds or accept returns >>

    Suprise,Suprise...

<< <i>Imagine owning this beautiful coin as the STAR of your collection >>

Must be a pretty bad collection...

<< <i>many of these have lots of the original mint frosting on them >>

Do you mean all those little nicks and mars?
