Is Customer Service pulling my leg?

Hi David,
I have a couple of coins in for submission.and its been over a month." 9019656" Its a regular submission of World coins. I called Customer Service last Monday about it and was told "its in the grading room" I called today and I got the same answer.
"Its in the grading room"Are coins stored in the grading room ?

Customer service was not pulling your leg. It often takes more than a day to get a coin thru the grading room. Coins are not stored in the grading room...but they do sit there during the day, waiting to be graded.
