Help with Phoenician Tetrobol

Hi all, I am hoping that someone can help me with this one as I am a newcomer. I am trying to find out the meaning of the lettering on the reverse of a Phoenician silver Tetrobol. I understand that the OMP which looks like it is Greek, denotes the date. But I have no idea what the BC above the galley might be. I can only assume that it is Latin. The coin is from Arados c.110BC. Thankyou
I'm afraid I didn't manage to attach picture to this posting but managed to attach to another a few topics below - Thanks
