roll call for the fort who and when?

Well just 3 more days and i will be crouching over a table with 1 knee on the hard floor trying to look though a loop in the neverending quest for gems in the rough.who else will be there? On my end will be there fri night and sat all day,I should not be hard to find ill be the only 1 crazy enough to be decked out in redskins attire up in in eagles country. Sure dont miss the vet image. need raw late 60,s football all brands and graded psa nines from same years and i have also been known to buy a 55 aa,s from time to time. hail to the REDSKINS he,s no avg JOE SEE YOU FELLOW CARDBOAD FANATICS THERE !!!!!

    Oh no, here comes all the East Coast guys getting excited about a big show in their neighborhood. I'll start walking from Phoenix and hopefully I'll make it there in time. Actually I'm just jealous. I have to drive through hundreds of miles of desert in every direction to get to any kind of good show.

    Yeah... we do have it pretty easy here in the Northeast. For me, this card show is a whole 75 minutes away and as big as any Sam's Club that I've been in. I just have to deal with all of the riff-raff!!!!

    I've got friends in Arkansas that get ticked off whenever I remind them that this YANKEE is within 4 hours drive to 3 Nascar tracks (Pocono, Dover, Richmond) while they have a 6 hour drive to Texas Motor Speedway and a 10 hour drive to Talladega!

    Thats life near the big city!image

    well, My wife and myself may not make the show this weekend, but our tickets/car rental/ hotel has been booked for the chicago sprots show, and a hope of getting those psa 7/8's i need to get me closer to the end of my 55's....after reading the psa 9 rose fiasco, problems with e-bay, snipers, outbid by a dollar, I cant wait to be ignored by people at the tables as I say hundreds of times excuse me, and do you have any 55's .....enjoy the show guys ...please post afterwards the highlights...

    I'll be there Friday night and maybe part of Sunday
    Collector of baseball PSA sets from the 1970's & hockey rookie cards; big New York Rangers fan (particularly now that they are sleeping with the enemy with Holik and Kaspiritus). Also starting to collect 53 Bowman Color as I think they are the most beautiful cards I have seen.

    Booth 1108. All day, each day (and until at least 4pm Sunday). My floor is cleared of most of last year's purchases and the books are re-done (almost).

    Any chance you could "lose" the 1967 book until I beat my way through the 5:00 vultures / crowd .... and then just happen to find it when I walk up to your table !

    Wabbit - Since you asked, the weather where I live (Virginia) has been sunny and in the high 60's, low 70's all week! I hear that it could hit the mid 70's Friday, although it might be a hair cooler in PA.

    So there you have it - a great show and great weather to boot! What's not to like? image

    Each row will now smell like the Fort bathroom. And that is bad. The later you stay, the further away from the urinal you have to stand ....
