  • I would guess a surface wrinkle is visible on one side, and a crease goes through both sides.

thats what I was thinking.. I have a raw card thats not even wrinkled, but the surface has a very very small "raised" spot.. i dont know what to call it when I describe the card for sell (its a 1972 topps baseball)

Ya know I have a 66T Mantle with very slight wrinkle on the back of the card. What do you think of this: a crease would most likely be seen on Both sides and is caused most likely by the person or packaging of the card as opposed to a slight raised wrinkle which was probably caused during the making (or is inherent in the paper) of the card.
