International Shipping Question

Just sold to a guy on ebay that lives in Taiwan. Card will ship in a bubble mailer. What kind of rates should I charge this guy? Is insurance much more costly than domestic shipping. Anyone's help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I use the small Global Priority Mail envelopes for single PSA cards. Costs $5.00 to send anywhere in the world (Canada is $4.00)
You can't insure it, but I've never lost one either.

Just shipped one PSA card to Taiwan in a bubble mailer with the card wrapped in cardboard. It cost just under $3 including the cost of the mailer, it weighed 3.2 ounces.

Thanks guys. It turned out to be much less than I anticipated. Around $3 all together mailer included.
