Coin Corrosion Inhibition - Patent

Here is a link to what appears to be the patent on intercept corrosion inhibition of coins. In case anybody is interested it has an explanation of corrosion and how the invention is supposed to prevent it. What do you think of this type of technology? Think it really makes a difference?

How come they use the words corrode and tarnish instead of tone?

Hey, that's what I spend 1/3-1/2 of my time at work doing, writing and prosecuting patent applications- it's exciting stuffimage. Most of my non-patent friends, however, have the same reaction as you though.image
