Last week we had a string roasting a seller about toning on a PCI eagle. Several responded they had seen similar toning on early PCI holders....another crazy eagle emerges....

What's crazy about it? Take some ASEs, wrap them in Kleenex, put them between pages in a book and let them sit for a few years. You will be amazed at the result because of the hi silver content of the coins.
