Colorful Canadian Dollars. The Last "Low Price" Holdout?

As difficult as it is to locate colorful mega-toned nuclear rainbow Morgan dollars, there is still hope left for finding wonderfully toned, bright Canadian silver dollars. Here's one I purchased at a local coin shop for a reasonable fee, just back from NGC:

This is OT and should be on the DarkSide Forum! image
Cool coin. I've seen a lot of nicely toned Canadian coins on eBay in the last year or so. I've been tempted to buy some of them but they weren't 97.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

I picked up a bunch of these along with their little toning coffins at my local dealer for $3.97 a piece. ( Less than melt )

I now have a few Peace and Morgan Dollars and some SAEs stored in them.image

  • Nice coin, Pat.

I picked up a bunch of those many years ago, still in their presentation cases and all with awesome toning. I could not believe coins that pretty could sell for so little. I have a couple of "Mounties" that are spectacular. I'll have to dig them out and get 'em slabbed. They are a steal unslabbed! image
