PSA/DNA Turnaround Time

I sent 19 cards to PSA/DNA in PA for grading/authenticating on 2/12 from Baltimore. I have yet to get a confirmation e-mail stating that the cards are in the system, hence I assume the 20-day turnaround time has not begun. I spoke with a customer service rep in PA and I was told that the autographs are authenticated in PA and then sent to CA where they enter the system for grading. Should I have any reason to be concerned on the whereabouts of the cards or is this typical for this? I'm not concerned with the guaranteed turnaround but rather, I just want to make sure the cards are not floating around somewhere.

Make sure your cards are licensed by the Major card company, before you send them out. I just had one card slabbed in a PSA holder today that wasn't licensed, I had requested a holder for this card since October 2003, It's been PSA/DNA twice and finally after a long review process, it's in a PSA holder "FINALLY" but without the PSA cereal number. So theres no way I can regestir it into my set. I will post the card later.
