coin shop in new movie???

Went to see the movie on the ropes (I think this is the title) anyway Meg Ryan goes to sell some gold and gues where she sells it at??????????You got it a coing shop. Funny thing is this guy had coins in glass cases hanging on the wall. I haven't been diong this long and not been in many shops but never sen then hanging on the walls. Also all of the coins were in slabbs . hard to tell which kind but there was an awful lot of white filler arounr the coins......

Coins in wall cases were actually very common practice until the slab era began. I still know of a few shops that display coins in cardboard 2x2's in wall cases.
