Anyone help grade & attribute this Large Cent error?

I took a flier on an eBay auction with terrible pics, and wound up with this lovely surprise in my P.O. Box this morning:
The rim clip, the whole reason I was interested in the coin, is genuine. This coin will replace a well-worn, corroded, and clipped 1820 cent in my burgeoning type set.
In addition, there is a very distinctive die break running about 240-degrees around the reverse, starting at the E of UNITED and running to the I in AMERICA. The grade on the holder was VF, I tend to argee although the obverse looks like it could be a little better than that. Can any of the early copper crew tell me if this coin is listed in Sheldon or Newcombe, and also let me know if the grade is in the ballpark?

Incomplete planchets wanted, especially Lincoln Cents & type coins.

BTW, this auction ran two or three times with no bidders, I can't count how many times I almost pulled the trigger. I'm certainly glad I finally took the shot at it.
