Free submissions when you join the collectors club or free submissions when PCGS is late in grading your coins? Those are the two free submissions that I know about.

You have to be a member of PCGS's Coin Collector club at the gold or platinum level. Here is the website for the info. Memberships run from $99 to $229.

You get either 4 or 8 freebies. They have a quarterly freebie. This quarter it's anything from the New Orleans mint.
PCGS Currency: HOF 2013, Best Low Ball Set 2009-2014, 2016, 2018. Appreciation Award 2015, Best Showcase 2018, Numerous others.
  • that is it the quarterly freebee. It is just one coin right?

Right. This quarter the free submission is for "O" minted Morgansimage ONE free sobmission if you are at least a Gold Club Member. This is in addition to the 4 free ones you get for being a member or 8 at the next level! One free submission per quarter in addition to the others!
  • cool thanks i already sent in my four free ones got back a 98-0 65 with a die clash i just found out yesterday. 1883-0 64,1900-o 64, and1885 at 63 which i also identified as Vam 14 this weekend. From Louisiana so like material from NO mint.

I believe that the free quarterly submission is good for any New Orleans minted coin.
I've had great transactions with people like: drwstr123, CCC2010, AlanLastufka, Type2, Justlooking, zas107, StrikeOutXXX, 10point, 66Tbird, and many more!

    Quarterly Collectors Club Grading Special
Way down yonder in New Orleans... coins from this historic Mint haven't been struck in 95 years, but Collectors Club members can have one graded for free during the first quarter of 2004 (from now through March 31). So dig out that 1885-O dollar or that 1909-O quarter or that 1838-O half dollar (dream on!) and send it on in! Each coin will be graded and authenticated through the Regular Service, which takes 15 business days. All that you have to pay for is the postage. This offer is for Gold and Platinum Members only.
