IMHO, the top one is the nicer of the two. The strike seems to be stronger, the fields are clear and there aren't many blemishes.
I am not sure that I like the spotting of the second coin plus the strike seems to be a bit weaker, the fields aren't quite as clear and the coin seems to have more marks on it. However, the coloring of the second coin is curious and somewhat attractive.
Of course, as someone has already mentioned it is your choice in the end.

The top one no doubt about it. It's better struck with less marks and the bottom one has ugly brown tarnish on it and the rev has 2 huge fingerprints on it.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
