Error guys: What's this coin worth?

Please see link. Is this coin for real or a scam because it looks like it's in a PCI holder. Do you think PCGS would slab it? I'm new to this variety and just thought I'd bounce it off others that might know more about the topic.

    That is a fantastic coin.I am surprised that centles has it. I think I know why it is in a PCI slab.He is well known for sliders and cleaned coins.imageimage

    merz2, I bet that's exactly right! Nobody would put a coin like that in a holder other than PCGS, NGC or ANACS IMHO

    If it's struck on a penny planchet then why isn't it the same size as a penny? Looks well struck to be struck on a thinner penny planchet and it looks like it has rims too.
    Looks like normal red toned Buffalo 5¢ to me.
    Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
