My latest Snipe - what do you think? 22-D Lincoln

From the color it looks properly graded. The strike is fantastic for this date. I could not hope to find a better affordable example.

  • The pictures are small but it looks very nice. The 1922-D has always been one of my favorite Lincolns.

Looks to me to be properly graded. Don't waste your money on an upgrade attempt.
    All glory is fleeting.
  • I bid on it. I bid what I paid for my ngc 64rd 22-d, just to make sure a nicer coin didn't sell for less. I almost bid much higher, but decided I'm perfectly happy with the one I have (and it also has a full strike!). Yours looks nice though! Let us know what you think of it when you get it.

Edited to add $340 is an extremely good price. I bought mine 1.5 yrs ago, but if it was a date I needed now I would have had no problem paying $400+ for a nice one.

One can never really tell from pics but I agree. However since its for my registry set it is getting cracked pretty much no matter what and getting sent to PCGS.
