How long should I wait?

I had offered a couple of coins on the BST board. I priced each coin. In a short time I had a PM wanting to purchase the coins. The suppose to be buyer asked that I send a mailing address and he would send payment. It's been 10 days and no payment. I sent a pm and no reply. No correspondence at all. What should I do? Wait another week? Call off the deal? If the guy really wants them and has had a personal or family crisis and expects the coins to be there, what do I say?
What do you guys think..........

I already have the coins, so it can't be me we are talking about. (just a little plug to let everyone know you are easy to work with)..

I have received payments up to 18 days after the postmark. I would say give it another 7-10 days. If after 20 days, I would call it off if you don't have payment.

Agreed, try another email and see.
I had something similar where I posted and got a response. I was buying from another member.
Then, I had last minute, out of town, job obligations.
I did inform the sellers (there were 2 items) and wanted to pay when I got back (but, the wife didn't need to see the total amount).

So, when I got back, I wrote the checks, put in envelopes, and headed out again.
One made it quickly, and 1 took about 10 extra days

Luckily, the one who received it close to 10 days later was still cool about it. Since it was a check, and he had said it would take 10 days to clear, I didn't even think about it. So, he got the money very late and there was no communication (I was waiting since he told me he would hold the items for 10 days while the check clears, and he was just waiting for my payment.....no one knew about the other)

So, try email first and see how it is going.
