Interesting Anguilla Overstamp and others

Only found three coins at the shop today that I needed but they're interesting...
1967 Anguilla overstamp of the Provisional Government on a 1953 Mexican 5 pesos-little guy tried to shake off British rule but no go. Coin is cleaned, of course and the strike looks very weak but it was cheap, so.... the 5 and the 3 seem to be out of wack on the reverse-is this common?
