Handling and storage questions

Hi,
I have a few really basic coin handling and storage questions. The first one is; would a tupperware container, perhaps with some dessicant packs in it, be a good thing to store coins and coin albums in? These would be coins in 2X2's and/or plastic holders. The second is, would it be good to wear disposable plastic gloves when handling coins? The third one is, is it a good idea to rinse coins in isopropyl alcohol before putting them in albums or in holders. Any responses will be most appreciated. Thanks.

Many of these type of gloves contain powder. Might not be a good idea to get the powder on the coins.
