Guarantee Turnaround Policy

As of March 2004, PCGS's guarantee turnaround policy will be one like submission for each day late, up to the total number of coins submitted.

For example:
3 coins submitted through the Express Service level and the submission is 1 day late, you will receive 1 voucher for the Express Service.

4 coins submitted through the 15 Day Regular Service level and the submission is 5 days late, you will receive 4 vouchers for the 15 Day Regular Service.

For your convenience, we will send separate vouchers which may be used at any time within a 6 month period at your discretion.

    Does that mean coins sent in before March will never be graded? Because they will try to graded all the new ones first.image

    Saw that. Apparently, the guarantee was becoming rather costly.

    The guarantee policy has changed for submissions received March 1st and later.
    Any orders received prior to March 1st will fall under the old guarantee.

    That means, anything received before March 1st CS will just say we're not giving you the guarentee? or say it has to be signed of on by HRH and you never hear from them again!!!
    It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

  • Considering how from reports we have had on here indicating PCGS's reluctance to honor their current turnaround guarantee, I'm underwhelmed. I will be more impressed after a month or so when we start getting reports that they are either honoring the new guarantee or have improved their turnaround so that they don't have to.
