Psa Grading & turnaround times.

I have seen a lot of posts here lately complaining about psa not checking orders in right away, i recently sent in a submission on the economy level for 1960 Topps Baseball. it's true it took them almost a week to check it in, but in 5 days after posting it into thier system my grades are posted. that is still very quick for a 35 day guaranteed service. also i was just curious as to what percentage of cards that are popped out of psa 7 holders and resubmitted come back 8's ?. i had some awesome cards in this submission that i thought were easy 8's and possibly 9's that graded a 7. i check all of them with a 10x magnifying glass for corner wear and centering and gloss were sharp. submiision # 4128928 zip is 95204 if anyone is interested in looking. thanks Phil
