Who is this EBAY User?

Anyone know who the EBAY User Redsoxjeff is? This guy is dropping a ton of money on EBAY, and seems to have a slight disregard for value vs price. I am running him up on some commons, but he either doesn't read SMR or doesn't care what he spends. Redsoxjeff, if you are reading this, let me know when you are taking a break from buying.

    lol you have to be kidding me?
    eBay is full of guys like him who just seem to have an endless amount of cash to spend on cards.. I guess you'll just have to deal with them image

    Jeff is funny because he takes the "buy high and sell low" approach to card collecting.

    Guess he loses a bit of money on each transaction, but makes it up on volume.

    This is a good arguement for having multiple sets going across different eras- you just back off one when a couple guys decide to win at all costs.

    Don't know but last night I saw a psa8 1955 thornberry smr 145 go for over 400.00 yet at the same time a psa8 killabrew 55 smr 500.00 go for 390.00 pop is not short in the thornberry...i picked up a psa 8 mathews for 80 below smr for 297.00, I cant figure this out...so I understand what you are saying..there is no logic to it....

    i get email all the time from jokers wanting me to buy their psa cards and when i ask for serial number i never hear back from them..I suppose they could get one off ebay but so far they havent thought of that

    WHAT?! Somebody is paying more than SMR on commons?! This is outrageous! It has to stop! Alert the authorities! Oh wait, the AUTHORITIES are already here! image
