ebay listing/search problem

I just listed about 10 items tonight on ebay. As always when finished submitting, I check each item to see if all is well. My last item was a 1963 Stargell psa 8. When I did even the most basic search after submitting, it doesn't show up anywhere except my seller ID list and MY EBAY lists.
I triple checked the listing to no avail. I then cancelled that auction listing and did a new one from scratch, submitted, and again can't find it anywhere 'out there'. All the other items I have searched without problem. What's the deal?

Anybody else have this problem before? Am I overlooking something?

sometimes it takes 4 hours for it to hit. it says that in the selling faq's.

ebay has been acting screwy this evening anyway.
I am sure they will show up soon.

Hope it doesn't have anything to do with the new 55 space limit in titles,
up from the previous limit of 45. The new higher limit is bound to slow things down.

Instead of seeing an old eBay title like this one :
1953 Topps Yankees # 82 Mickey Mantle VG

I'm already starting to see crap titles like :
**LOOK 1953 TOPPS YANKEES # 82 MICKEY MANTLE ! LOOK**

Just because you CAN, doesn't mean you HAVE to use all 55 spaces.

I hope not either. I tend to use as much as is REASONABLE, but don't fluff it with ****'looky-look' **** crap. Many of my other items were probably in the 50-55 character range and showed up immediately, but poor Willie, at least for the time being, is in cyber space without a GPS. I hope the K man is right............so I'll just wait.
