CHARITY AUCTION #3--A question for the board... I need serious input!

Howdy all!

Right now, Charity Auction #3 is on my mind--I'm working on details, and I'm pretty sure I know what will be done. However, I have to contend with the calendar. With my schedule, my best bet for the auction would be to start collecting probably in April, and then begin the auction in mid-May, when my AP Exams are completed.

Now, the question that I really need answered--how many people here are away in mid-June to early July? I want to make sure the auction has plenty of time to run, and I also want to make sure it doesn't end when no one is home to bid it high.

Thanks for your input and help. I think you'll like what I have planned--I sure do.

however, that said I believe your timing seems ok imho, and I wish you much success once again.

I don't think that you can schedule around vacations. Set your timetable to run an efficient auction. Remember, "If you build it, they will come!"

Which AP tests are you taking, by the way?
