Finally!
My group of 5 ANACS and 1 NGC Morgan variety crossovers was received 11/26/03
Grades were posted 2/26/04... on calendar day #92
-- Three crossed at the same grade.
-- Two crossed one grade lower (which I specified as OK on the submission form.)
-- One did not cross... an ANACS-62 1921-D Morgan VAM 1B (Capped-R) that PCGS judged to be AU58. Ouch.
That's one invoice down and 8 more to go!

When in doubt, don't.

More or less... but you're right -- there WILL be a brief round of introductions needed when I pick them up!
The '21-D Capped-R not crossing as MS-something was more of a disappointment than a surprise. But the ANACS-63 1885-S/S VAM 6 crossing as a 63 (I thought it would go 62) was a nice little hit. Although well struck and with excellent lustre, even the dealer I bought it from had it priced as a 62.
If I had it my way, stupidity would be painful!
I wonder how long my economy error submission will take. The last one was 60 days almost on the nose, but of course, the listed time was lower.
