its wierd cause you can se it unaided...i think it maybe machine doubling..its on the right side of both 9's and the 3....at first i thought mirror doubling, but this isnt a proof...either way cant be a big deal...

actually, aint worth it..tyed taking more scans, but this is just bunk machine dling and isnt worth the time.

No hub doubling is evident in your image. Aside from that there are no known doubled die obverses for the obverse of the 1993P cent - not saying they don't exist, but from seeing an image that doesn't appear to have doubling coupled with none having been discovered to date leads me to believe you aren't looking at a doubled die.
