That has got to be the crudest copy I've ever seen. They couldn't even get it perfectly round and the right diameter. Not even worth the cost of a 37¢ stamp in my opinion.
It's obviously a counterfeit, the seller knows it's a counterfeit, and the seller even LISTS it as an electrocopy. (He means electrotype, but that isn't an electrotype, just a very bad cast copy.)
