Question - Need Help On A Coin Return

I bought a coin on eBay and it was not as advertised. The seller said all sales are final and after a few e-mails the seller said they would take it back.

My question is how do I send it back and make sure I get a refund? I know to send it with a Domestic return receipt from the post office and insured but what about the refund? Paid with PayPal.

The seller also stated I would get a refund when they had the coin back. With a reluctant seller to make the refund I just want to make sure I get the money back. What is the best way to approach this?

Any help on the matter would be appreciated.

Send the coin with delivery confirmation. When/if the seller does not refund you threaten to file a negative, a fraud complaint with eBay, and a Square Trade dispute. Works for me. Got the one seller who stiffed me removed from eBay.

Return receipt - most of the "no return" guys just use that so people don't ask.

Another thing, make sure if they refund you via PP they click the refund button, otherwise you refund is just another PP transaction and THEY CHARGE YOU FEES FOR GETTING YOUR OWN $$ BACK !!!
