So I guess this means I won't have the economy submission they received today back in time to sell at the Central States Show May 6-9

edited to add: I hope the new grader that starts next week can help put a dent in the backlog. I'd still rather have a backlog, than greater variations in grade because of the quality of the graders.

Actually, it's long past the time for PCGS management to start addressing the serious service problems that they clearly have. PCGS is not going to stay #1 unless this issue is addressed, and soon.
