1975 Topps Mini Size Question

I happened to be going through my inventory (OK, my hoard) of 1975 Topps Mini cards last night and noticed that these cards seem to have been factory cut in two different sizes. Not all cards, just certain ones. And all of these cards went directly from vending into storage by me, so I know there's no question of trimming. On certain cards, some will be the "normal" height and some will be 1/8 inch shorter. The widths do not vary at all. I'd estimate perhaps 15%-20% of all my approximately 5000 cards are cut short. I'd imagine that it isn't just my cards that are like this, so my question is -- Would these factory-cut short cards get graded/holdered by PSA or would they be rejected for not meeting the minimum size? Anybody have any experience with this?

Scott, they will get rejected. PSA does not seem to notice how many cards from this set are as you describe. My set is on the Registry minus the factory short ones rejected last year. S ave your money and sell them raw and use the money to buy a few in holders if your running the table on the set is my advice.Hope you save what I spent.
