Looks really shiney, kinda like what you might get from a wire wheel!

Unfortunately that coin has been harshly polished, so it's only worth melt value.

Mike, sorry to say the coin looks to have been heavily polished. As such, I would guess it's about a $6 to $8 coin.

Wooowe, that's a whizzer for sure. It's been reduced to junk by cleaning and only worth silver value which isn't much. Sorry.
